Why this class matters

Fascia has become a buzzword in the wellness industry and not everything you might hear is accurate! This workshop cuts through the hype and gives you a real-world, evidence-based understanding drawn from Julian Baker's thirty years of experience in the dissection lab, manual therapy practice and functional movement.

If you work with living humans, you need more than textbook theory, you need a reliable and integrated model that you can apply immediately.

What you'll learn

  • How fascia adapts and changes over time through load, behaviour and movement

  • The realities of fascial change and what we as therapists can really achieve

  • Why the isolated system model of anatomy is failing practitioners

  • What changes we and clients experience really mean

  • How function becomes impaired and how to restore efficient movement

  • Evidence-based strategies drawn from real dissection experience

  • Practical techniques you can apply with clients immediately
