Welcome! I am Julian Baker, I have been a manual therapist, teacher and anatomist for over thirty years. Having taught thousands of students all around the world, I thought it was time I brought some of my knowledge and passion to a single place where manual and movement therapists can study, learn and share experiences as part of a curated community.

Over the years I've developed an enormous library of content, ideas, and insights around anatomy, movement, fascia and treatment with the hope that I can help you, the practicing therapist to better support clients in need.

This unique space is dedicated to creating what is often called a 'hive mind' of practitioners, wishing to develop their understanding of how the body moves, functions and goes wrong, in ways more relevant than the traditional anatomical approaches.
