Welcome! I am Julian Baker, I have been a manual therapist, teacher and anatomist for over thirty years.

Over this time, I've developed an enormous library of content, ideas, and insights around anatomy, movement, fascia and treatment with the hope that I can help you, the practicing therapist to better support clients in need.

This unique space is dedicated to practitioners of all disciplines, who want to develop their understanding of how the body moves, functions and goes wrong, in ways more relevant than the traditional anatomical approaches.
