If you book on the day of the webinar, I will not be able to respond to messages or assist with access before the session begins. Please book in advance wherever possible.

2. Live Delivery
While every effort is made to ensure a stable connection, occasional technical issues (including internet dropouts) can occur. These are outside my control and no liability is therefore accepted for any interruptions of broadcast, lag, sound or vision.

In the event of interruptions or dropout, the recording will be available. To avoid these issues and where appropriate or convenient to the broadcaster, webinars may comprise in part or in whole, pre-recorded segments.

3. Replay Access
a) Replay access is available for 14 days for those who have purchased the session in advance. After this period, the webinar link will be removed. Permanent access to all the webinars is available to Webinar Archive Members

b) Purchases of individual webinars made available after original broadcast, may contain references to outdated content, or feature offers or discount codes no longer available. Purchase of archived webinar material does not include continuity of any offers contained within the content.

4. Personal Use Only
Your purchase is for individual access. Costs are kept deliberately low to provide accessible and informative content to colleagues and to benefit the therapy industry and clients around the world. Please respect this by not sharing links, logins, or recordings, or taking screen shots of the content. It undermines the work and future delivery of these sessions.

5. Ongoing Access
If you would like longer-term access to past webinars, an archive membership is available which provides continuous access to current and past recordings.

a) During the livestream events, a chat box is available for viewers to ask questions, make comments and participate in the event. When using this tool, you agree to be respectful at all times to other users and not to make comments that can be interpreted as offensive, hateful or disparaging. If in the sole opinion of the moderator any breach of this occurs, it will result in instant removal from the chat room.

b) No sales content, spamming, posting or exchange of personal information, email addresses, phone numbers, similar content or links to external sites is permitted in the chat box.

c) The chat box is monitored during live broadcasts. However no responsibility is accepted for any comments made by others in the chat box.

d) No guarantee of response to any question can be made.

All sales of webinars, webinar packages or monthly memberships are final and non-refundable.
